Grungy Graphics Test

Grungy Graphics Test (testing name Doomfall Graphics Test) is a prototype I made between 2019 and 2020 in Unity 2019.4.

This project aimed to test an art style involving bit crunching the on-screen colors and what kinds of assets might look good in this style. I decided on more simple textures to keep the bit-crunched result from being too noisy/busy.

The gameplay concept was going to be a Metroidvania. 

Let me know if you would play a game that looks like this. I've wanted to pick this project back up for years but haven't gotten around to it yet. I'm personally pretty enamored by how good it looks, in my eyes at least.
